USING THE MENU MODE

Answering System

Menu mode allows you to set the following Answering System
functions. The following MENU MODE instructions assume that every
setting starts from standby mode.

NOTES:

• If you make no entries within 20 seconds, or 20 seconds pass after a voice

prompt/guidance or greeting, you will hear a long beep and the answering
machine returns to standby. Note that time-out for clock setting is 2 minutes.

• Receiving a call or pressing talk will cancel the setting. If you press

the setting is canceled and returns to standby.

• You can scroll to the next menu option by pressing

to adjust the announcement volume level
