Chapter 8 Playing Music files
Using the Music Menu
1. Turn on your player.
2. Insert a disc or connect a USB device containing picture files to
your player. If a DVD movie is not in the disc tray, the Settings
menu will be displayed. If a DVD movie is in the disc tray, press
SETUP to display the Settings menu.
3. Press ! or " on the remote control to select Music, and then
press SELECT.

to select the device containing your files, and
then press SELECT. Choose USB1 or Optical Disc. If you have
created a Playlist, you can choose that option instead.
Thumbnails of the songs on that device are displayed.

to scroll through the thumbnails.

to select a menu option.
Add all to playlist
Add all of the songs on the selected device to a playlist.
Songs that are in the playlist will have a white shadow behind
them. After all of the songs have been added to the playlist,
this option changes to Remove all from playlist.
Previous folder
Return to the menu displaying the devices that are connected to your player that contain music files.
Play Files
! Play All: Plays all the songs on any device that is connected to your player.
! Play Selection: Plays all of the songs in the Playlist.
! Play Current Folder: Plays all the songs on the device you selected in Step 4 above.
! Cancel: Close the menu.
Browse Pictures
Go to the Pictures menu. The menu showing the devices connected to your player that contains
picture files is displayed.
Now Playing
Display information about the song currently playing.
