STEP 4:
To unfold your Elliptical Trainer, push the recessed lock button found
on the underside of one Guide Rail (A). Carefully lower both the Pedal
Arm and Guide Rail to the floor simultaneously (B). Repeat these steps with
the other Pedal Arm and Guide Rail to completely unfold your Elliptical
Trainer for use.
