CALLER ID/CALL WAITING ID

NOTE

: Caller ID and Call Waiting ID are subscription

services, provided by your regional phone company. You
must subscribe to these services in order to benefit
from the Caller ID features of your

VT 9122. Contact

your regional phone service provider for details.

RECEIVING AND STORING CALLS

Your

VT 9122 will store the most current 40 Caller ID and Call

Waiting ID records. To review Caller ID records, press

or

/

CID while the Handset is in the idle mode. Keep pressing

or

to scroll through more records. An example of a CID record is
shown on the right:

SAVING CALLER ID TO THE PHONE BOOK

. Press

or

/CID until you find the desired record

Press MEM/NEW.

2. Press a location No. 0~9. The current CID record is saved with

a confirmation tone and returns to standby mode.

DELETING SINGLE CID RECORDS

1. Press

or

/CID until you find the desired record Press

DELETE the displays shows as right:
A confirmation tone will be heard.

DELETING ALL CALLER ID MEMORY

1. To delete all stored Caller ID record, press and hold DELETE

for 2 seconds, until DELETE ALL CID ? is displayed.

2. Press DELETE to confirm your choice.

NOTE: Once CID memory is full, each new Caller ID record received will cause the deletion of

the oldest stored CID record. Therefore, it is not necessary for you to delete the Caller
ID memory. Old CID records are automatically removed as new ones come in.
