Gebruiksaanwijzing
voor de gebruiker en de installateur
Functie
De gesloten (drukvaste) warmwater-
doorstroomboilers SHD 30 S en
SHD 100 S kunnen afhankelijk van de
behoefte meerdere tappunten van
warmwater voorzien.
De toestellen hebben de volgende functies:
• Doorstroom-boilerfunctie
• Duo-functie
• Monofunctie.
De temperatuur kan traploos van ca.
35 °C tot ca. 85 °C worden ingesteld
(afb. 2, pos. 1). De waterinhoud wordt in de
voorraadfunctie regelmatig tot de ingestelde
temperatuur verwarmd. Voor de opwarmtijd
zie tab. 1.
• Doorstroom-boilerfunctie
In deze functie wordt er bij het aftappen
van geringe hoeveelheden water met
3,5 kW vermogen naverwarmd. Bij een
temperatuurinstelling > 55 °C en bij het
aftappen van ca. 19 l (bij de SHD 30 S)
resp. 35 l (bij de SHD 100 S) schakelt het
apparaat automatisch op 21 kW
vermogen.
Bij stroomuitval gedurende een langere tijd
verwarmt het toestel zo nodig met 3,5 kW.
Het vermogen van 21 kW kan direct
handmatig worden ingeschakeld door de
temperatuurinstelknop op stand z en
daarna op stand 85 °C in te stellen.
Geiserfunctie:
Nadat de hoeveelheid verwarmd water
geheel is verbruikt werkt het toestel als
geiser met 21 kW. De beschikbare
uitstroomhoeveelheden worden
overeenkomstig tabel 2 verminderd.
Aanwijzing:
Wanneer bij een volledig geopende
tapkraan de geselecteerde uitstroom-
temperatuur niet wordt bereikt, dan
stroomt er meer water door het toestel
dan het verwarmingselement (21 kW) kan
verwarmen.
In dat geval moet de waterhoeveelheid bij
de warmwaterkraan dienovereen-komstig
worden verminderd.
• Duoboiler-functie
Bij deze functie en iedere temperatuur-
instelling heeft het toestel een basisver-
warming van 3,5 kW, die tijdens de uren
met een laag stroomtarief de waterin-houd
automatisch verwarmt.
De snelverwarming met 21 kW kan zo
nodig door het indrukken van de toets
(afb. 2, pos. 2) worden ingeschakeld.
Bij het bereiken van de ingestelde
temperatuur schakelt de snelverwarming
uit en niet weer aan.
• Monoboiler-functie
Bij deze functie vindt bij iedere
temperatuurinstelling de automatische
inschakeling van het 21 kW vermogen
plaats (zie ook aanwijzing geiserfunctie).
Gebruik met voorverwarmd water tot ca.
75 °C is mogelijk.

Function
The SHD 30 S and SHD 100 S closed
(pressure resistant) hot water storage
cylinders can supply several outlet points
with hot water, as required.
The appliances have the following functions:
• instantaneous hot water storag
operation
• dual cycle hot water storage operation
• single cycle hot water storage
operation.
The temperature can be variably set from
approx. 35 °C to approx. 85 °C (Fig. 2,
No. 1). In storage operation, the water in the
appliance is heated up to the set
temperature subject to the regulator.
For heating-up period, see Tab. 1.
• Instantaneous hot water storage
operation
In this operating mode the water in the
appliance is re-heated with the 3,5 kW
heating output when small quantities of
water are drawn off. The appliance
automatically switches on the 21 kW
heating output with a temperature setting
> 55 °C and also when approx. 19 l (with
the SHD 30 S) or 35 l (with the
SHD 100 S) of water are drawn off.
After a lengthy outage, the appliance heats
up with 3,5 kW, as required. The 21 kW
heating output can immediately be
manually connected by setting the
temperature select button to position z
and then to the 85 °C position.
Instantaneous water heating operation:
After all the hot water in the cylinder
has been drawn off, the appliance functions
as an instantaneous water heater with
21 kW. The available outlet volumes are
reduced in accordance with table 2.
Note:
If the pre-set outlet temperature is not
obtained with the tap turned full on, there
is more water flowing through the
appliance than the heating element
(21 kW) can heat. In this case, the quantity
of water coming through the tap should be
reduced accordingly.
• Dual cycle hot water storage operation
In this operating mode and at each
temperature setting the appliance has a
basic heating output of 3,5 kW which
automatically heats the water in the
appliance during the off-peak tariff period.
The high-speed heating with 21 kW can be
connected as required by pressing the key
switch (Fig. 2, No. 2).
On reaching the pre-set temperature
the high-speed heating switches off and will
not switch on again.
• Single cycle hot water storage
operation
The 21 kW heating output is automati-cally
connected at each temperature setting in
this operating mode (see also note
”Instantaneous water heating operation”).
Operation with pre-heated water up to
approx. 75 °C is possible.

Fonctionnement
En fonction des besoins, les chauffe-eau
instantanés à pression SHD 30 S et
SHD 100 S peuvent alimenter plusieurs
points de puisage.
Ces appareils remplissent les fonctions
suivantes:
• mode chauffe-eau instantané avec
accumulation
• mode accumulation double circuit
• mode accumulation monocircuit.
La température est réglable en continu de
35 °C à 85 °C (fig. 2, rep. 1). En mode
accumulation, la capacité est chauffée à la
température programmée et en fonction du
régulateur.

• Chauffe-eau instantané avec accumulation
Dans ce mode, le puisage de faibles
quantités d’eau déclenche la réchauffe avec
la puissance de 3,5 kW. Dès que la
température programmée est > 55 °C et
que le puisage atteint 19 l (SHD 30 S) ou
35 l (SHD 100 S), la puissance passe
automatiquement à 21 kW.
En cas de panne de courant prolongée,
l’appareil chauffe si nécessaire à 3,5 kW. La
puissance de 21 kW peut être obtenue
instantanément en mettant le sélecteur de
température dans la position z, puis en
sélectionnant la température 85 °C.
Mode chauffe-eau instantané:
Après prélèvement de l’ensemble de la
capacité, l’appareil fonctionne en mode
instantané à la puissance de 21 kW. Les
quantités disponibles diminuent selon le
tableau 2.
Remarque:
Si la température de sortie présélectionnée
n’est pas atteinte alors que le robinet de
puisage est ouvert au maximum, cela
signifie qu’il coule plus d’eau dans l’appareil
que la résistance de 21 kW ne peut
réchauffer.
Dans ce cas, il faut réduire d’autant le débit
d’eau au niveau du robinet d’eau chaude.
• Accumulation double circuit
Dans ce mode, quelle que soit la
température programmée, l’appareil
chauffe à la puissance de base de
3,5 kW, et la capacité est automatique-
ment réchauffée pendant les heures
creuses. La chauffe rapide à 21 kW peut
être activée en cas de besoin au moyen de
la touche (fig. 2, rep. 2). Lorsque la
température souhaitée est atteinte, la
chauffe rapide s’arrête et ne se remet pas
elle-même en marche.
• Accumulation monocircuit
Dans ce mode, l’eau est automatiquement
chauffée avec la puissance de 21 kW quelle
que soit la température programmée (voir
aussi la remarque ”mode chauffe-eau
instantané”).
Le fonctionnement avec de l’eau
préchauffée jusqu’à environ 75 °C est
possible.
