Availability
Settings
It is possible to specify availability status for:

External follow-me

13.1.1 My
Presence
To modify the presence status, do the following:
1.
Press ,
select
My Availability.
2.
Select My Presence.
3.
Select the desired absence reason, and enter the return time and
date if required and press Select.
13.1.2 Follow-me
To edit your follow-me number, do the following:
1.
Press ,
select
My Availability.
2.
Select Follow-me.
3.
Enter the extension number of the answering position and press
Done.
