Display Information
Navigating the
menus:
To reach the display menus, press
the following keys:
(Settings), (Contacts),
(Call List), (Messages).
It is also possible to enter menus by
pressing the soft keys more… or
Availability.
Press to scroll the menus, and
press the soft key Select to confirm
selections.
Idle display with soft keys more… and Availability:
Log On and Log Off
Log on to the network
Log on: If LAN access control is displayed
when you start the phone, you need
to log on to the network before
logging on to the system.
Enter the user ID and press Log on.
Enter password and press Log on.
If you do not know your User ID or your
password, contact your system
administrator.
When you are logged on to the
network, continue with the log
on procedure described below.

Log on to the system
Log on: Enter own extension number and
press Log on.
If requested, enter the PIN code or
password and press Log on again.
Log off: Press more… - Log off, Yes
(confirm).

Answer a second
incoming call:
Press the flashing line key (requires
that Free on busy is activated).
Activate Free on
busy: Press Availability, select Free on
busy: ON, put call through, press
Set - Yes.
End call:
Reject call: Press Reject or the clear key.
Missed Calls
Missed call
indication:
Missed calls are indicated by a
flashing call list key.
Check missed calls: Press to enter the call list. The
call list key stops flashing. Scroll the
list by pressing
Press again to exit the call list.
