Settings
Phone lock
You can protect your phone from being used by others by locking
it. You can lock the phone manually or automatically. The Padlock
icon indicates when your phone is locked.
Note: When the phone is locked, it is still possible to send
all types of alarms.
Lock the phone manually
When you have entered Settings: г б
Select General. г б
Select Phone lock. á
Select Lock phone.
Select
Press to lock your phone (see display).
Lock the phone automatically
With this function your phone is locked automatically when placed
in a charger or switched off.
Note: This function requires a SIM card parameter setting.
The function can only be enabled/disabled in the SIM card,
not from the phone.
Unlock the phone
The phone can only be unlocked with the lock code. The lock code
is preprogrammed on the SIM card and can be changed from the
phone, see section “ Set lock code ” on page 106.
With the phone switched on: å
Dial your lock code.
