An interactive name validation will be performed as you type the item names.
If a name is duplicated in the name list, the duplicated entry cells are highlighted in yellow. Though not recommended,
duplicated entries are tolerated. If a name conflict occurs at ingest time, the subject conflict policy will be applied. See "Con-
figuring an IPDirector subject" on page 41 for more about naming rules configuration.
If a name is empty, the corresponding cell is highlighted in red, and the [OK] button is grayed out to block the ingest.
12.7 Auto-Ingest
The Auto- Ingest mode is designed to automate the ingest process. All the sequences in the selected media are ingested
sequentially. Once the entire media is ingested you can swap media in the device. The ingest process will resume auto-
matically.
To start the Auto-Ingest, all you have to do is to select the source and destination subjects and click on .
