2) Once vehicle is raised, take a moment and observe the stock rear bar and the way in which it
is mounted .
3) Undue the rear exhaust hanger brackets and middle hangers then let hang. Use WD-40 to loosen
the rubber hangers. Unbolt the hanger brackets using an extension and 13mm socket. It’s a
good idea to support the exhaust system (e.g. near the tips) once you’ve achieved the desired
space needed to remove the sway bar. This will avoid bending the exhaust system down more
then needed.
