• The display will show the temperature.

Note: without the thermocouple in place, the display will show the ambient

temperature.

Measuring frequencies

Do not perform frequency measurements in circuits with voltages

> 250V.

Always be careful when working with voltages above 60Vdc or 30Vac rms.

Keep your fingers behind the probe barriers at all times during

measurement.

• Connect the black test lead to the "COM" jack and the red test lead to the

"VΩHz" jack.

• Select the "20KHz" range with the FUNCTION switch.

• Connect the test leads to the circuit under test.

• Read the measured value from the display.

Notes:

• Use a shielded cable for measuring small signals in a noisy environment (min.

visible amplitude: 0.7Vpp).
