Remote Services

The Xerox FreeFlow Print Server family provides a host of remote
services via Print Server Remote Services Software. There are
several key components to this service suite along with future
capabilities:

Problem Reporting allows administrators to send problem data
to Xerox Service teams for analysis. This service can also be
extended to provide analysis of problems over time to help the
customer optimize system use.

Service Requests allow Xerox service personnel to proactively
push automated actions that the Xerox devices would perform
to optimize the customer’s system.

Support Access will enable customers to collaborate in
problem solving and share desktops with Xerox Service and
Support teams. This would occur in real time by enabling an
observe/control view of the system.

Billing (future capability) will enable Xerox to manage system
meter reads in a consistent and timely manner.

NOTE: Refer to the Remote Services Installation Guide for more
information.
