Locate these two bolts from behind the
front bumper. Using a 10mm socket, remove
the two bolts.

Reinstall the adapter tube and Air Filter
into the air box. Slide the hump adapter back
over the intake tube connection and tighten
both hose clamps.

Double check to make sure all hardware
on the scoop is securely fastened and all
parts are properly positioned.

Attach the Mounting Bracket (F) to the
bumper bracket using three Flat washers (G)
and the OE bolt for the left side tab and just
the OE bolt on the right side tab. Tighten both
bolts.

Reinstall the clear lid and tighten all
six screws. Do NOT use thread locker on lid
hardware, it may cause the lid to crack.

Attach the Mounting Bracket (F) to the
Scoop Base (D) using the two supplied 5/16”
Bolts (H) , four 5/16” Washers (G) , and two
5/16” Nuts (I) .

Check to make sure the Scoop
assembly does not interfere with the wheel or
wheel well liner. Turn the wheel in both
directions while trying to simulate full
suspension travel.
14.
When you are satisfied with the position
of the scoop, tighten all the 5/16” hardware
using 1/2” socket on top and a 1/2” wrench on
the inside.
18.
Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
Inspect the installation, be sure the kit is
properly positioned and all fasteners are
secure.

10.
Attach the Scoop assembly to the Air
box using the hardware removed in step #4
(three #10-32 Screws and Sealing washer
supplied with the intake system). Secure all
three screws.
