Step 7: Assemble the large #3018425 and
small #3018426 braces to the passenger-side
of the partition.
See figure 7. and use the following hardware to
attach:
(4) 1/4"-20 x 3/4" Bolts
(4) 1/4" Washers
(4) 1/4"-20 Lock Nuts
Note: Make all hardware snug, but do not
tighten at this time.
Step 8: Position assembled van partition into
place and secure.
Make sure the van partition is plumb and
perpendicular to the ribs in van floor
or roof.
Mark all hole locations and make any needed
bracket adjustments at this time. Mark all holes for
roof, floor, driver-side ribs, and passenger door.
Remove van partition and drill needed holes.
Attach assembled van partition and tighten
securely. See Figure 8.
