Note: The following instructions are for the installation of the optional
hinge and lock hardware kit #5412010 used with the van partition #5412000.
Step 1: Assemble the two hinges #3015237 to the driver-side partition
panel #3018633, using the following hardware:
(8) 1/4"-20 x 1/2" Button Head Screws
(8) 1/4"-20 Lock Nuts
Hardware should be connected through the slots on the hinge and the
large holes provided on the driver-side panel #3018633 of the van partition.
The knuckles of the hinge should be facing the back side of the panel.
Fasten screws with the button heads on the hinge side of the assembly.
See Figure 1H.

Step 2: Assemble the center panel #3018244
to the assembled hinges using the following
hardware:
(8) #10-24 1/4" Button Head Screws
(8) #10-24 Lock Nuts
Insert lock nuts from the back side of the assembly.
Insert screws from the hinge side into the door
panel #3018244. Assemble the hinges from inside
the door.
Note: The door will sit 1" higher than the drivers
side panel. This is to ensure that the door will
clear the floor when opened.
