Using quick initialization

Refer to these instructions when creating a RAID 1 set using one or two
existing hard disk drives containing data that you d o n o t w a n t t o k e e p

After making a selection, press <Ctrl+Y>.

A pop-up window appears. Press <I> (Create and Quick Initialize).

Using quick initialization erases all data from the existing hard disk
drive(s). Make sure to backup all important data before using this RAID 1
configuration mode.
