Pivoted Shutter

Closes/ opens the photoreceiver when placed in the highest/ lowest
position.

Turn Switch

Switches the Vulcan on, when turned from OFF to ON.

NOTE:
Both the ON and STB positions can only be used if the switch is
unlocked. Unlock the switch by pushing down on the spring-
loaded stop (5, Figure 3-13) before turning.

Switches the device to standby mode, when turned from OFF to STB
position (see note above).
Switches the Vulcan off, when turned from ON/ STB to OFF.

Spring-loaded Stop

Locks the turn switch in the OFF position.

Eyepiece Ring

Adjusts the diopter. Adjusts for the sharpest view of the scene.

Gain Control Knob

Adjusts the brightness of the image.

Reticle Brightness
Adjustment Knob

Adjusts the brightness of the red reticle in the Vulcan’s field of view.

Adjusts the riflescope’s boresight.

Remote Control Button Activates/ deactivates the Vulcan in standby when pressed/ released.

Low Battery Indicator FLASHING RETICLE in viewing area indicates a low battery.

The Armasight Vulcan reticle provides a clear aiming point, even when difficult-to-see games or objects

blend into the background. Posts and crosshairs appear in the center section of the field of view, but

occupy a minimal portion of the image, making precise shots on even the smallest targets easy and

accurate.
