Hot-swappable redundant power
supply module
The Acer Altos G610 model’s power subsystem consists of two
hot-swappable power supply module bays that accepts 337-watt
hot-swappable redundant power supply modules. A redundant power
configuration enables a fully-configured system to continue running
even if one power supply fails.
Removing a 337-watt hot-swappable
redundant power supply module
1 Remove the screw of the power supply module using a flat
screwdriver.
2 Lift up the module handle.
3 Push the lock with your thumb to release the power supply
module.
4 Gently pull out the power supply module.
