6.2 Incidents and solutions

Checks to make before calling your fitter
6.2.1 The burner is not working

It is cold.
- Check the boiler thermostat settings.
- If using a room temperature thermostat or a remote control
(Easymatic or Easyradio), check that it is set according to the
instructions.

It is cold. There is no domestic hot water
- Note the code displayed AL + _ _.
- Press button Q
 until the red light goes out.
- Release the button. The boiler restarts.
- If there is a problem, contact your fitter, specifying the alarm code.
