Menu
The menu is a way to change the characteristics of the display, any individual channel, or select ignition or the
general purpose scope.
When you fi rst press the Menu Button four selections will appear on the screen:
Setup Scope Channel
Setup Display
General - Purpose Scope
Ignition Scope
Use the arrow keys to highlight the selection you want to use, then press the NEXT key to do what you have
selected. Pressing the MENU button will return you to the live screen. At any time you can press and hold the
MENU key to return to the live display.
Setup Scope Channel
When this menu function is selected, the following selections will be displayed on the screen:
Channel Number [1]
Coupling (AC/DC) [DC]
Ground Position [MID]
Select Trigger Mode
To make changes using this menu, use the up and down arrow keys to highlight your selection, then press
NEXT to make the change. Pressing the MENU key will cause you to exit this menu and return to the previous
menu. When Trigger Mode is selected you will be given a list of trigger types. Use the arrow keys to make your
selection, then press the MENU key to return to the previous Menu.
Setup Display
This menu gives you control over the brightness, contrast, and background color for the display. Use the arrow
keys to highlight your selection, then press the NEXT key to make your changes. Two different Background
colors are supported. The Dark scheme is best for areas with good to poor lighting. The Light scheme is best
when outside on a clear day.
General Purpose Scope
When you make this selection you will be returned to the general purpose scope display.
Ignition Scope
This is a preset that will set Channel 1 to use the KV adapter, and activate the low amps auxiliary channel.
