Connect the Air supply to the unit. Be sure all regulators are at zero (counter
clockwise).

Fill the Oil reservoir / Packing Nut on the Fluid sections 3/4 full of Throat Seal Oil
(TSL-3200) or suitable oil. Snug the Packing nut tight but do not over tighten.

Open the Main Air valve and check for air leaks.
Note: Open the Main Air Ball Valve in one full stroke open or closed if partially opened
air will leak from the exhaust port on the valve.

Pull the trigger on the 1:1 Pro gun several (3 – 5) times.

Using the “T” bit tool snug the packing nuts on the gun block. Repeat procedures
8 - 9 several times. This will properly seat the seals in the Pro Gun Block.
10. Test the pump operation – pull the trigger on the gun and at the same time slowly
turn up the pump regulator unit the pump is moving slowly and evenly.
11. Release the gun trigger and the pump will stop.
12. Press the Priming Button on the air manifold and the pump will begin to cycle again
– release the Priming Button and the pump will stop.
13. Turn the Pump regulator back to zero (all the way counter clockwise)
The unit is tested and is ready to Prime.
