DAILY START-UP for PATRIOT DUO 1:1 UNIT
ACTIVITIES MUST BE DONE IN THE SEQUENCE SHOWN, AND MUST BE CHECKED

Put on Respirator as specified for spray painting, Protective Clothing,
Eye Protection, and PVC Gloves

Check all hoses for damage or wear.

Check all material supplies and fill or replace as needed.
3
Open Main Inlet air valve on the Air manifold.
4
Check resin pump pressure, if needed press and hold the Priming Button
while slowly adjust the pump air pressure to the desired operating pressure.
5
Install a new Mixer Element into the Mixer assembly or Spatter Nozzle
assembly and install onto the Mix chamber.
6
Peel / remove any cure material from the front of the Spatter Nozzle
assembly
7
Dispense a small amount of material into a waste container to balance the
two materials.
THE UNIT IS NOW READY FOR USE
