Assembly Instructions For Stock #76(small) and #77(large) Activity Tables

Contents:

2- Leg Assemblies

1- Table Top with one two bags

8- Joint Connector Bolts

8- Barrel Nuts

1- Allen Wrench

1. Please inspect the parts for damage during shipping and for any missing items. If you suspect that

there may be damage or a shortage, contact us and we will send replacement parts if needed. At this

time, visualize how the components fit together and make sure that you have everything indentifed.

2. This product is easiest assembled upside down. Choose a leg assembly and place it into posi-

tion. The small table legs are interchangeable. The large table legs must have the wooden cleat to the

inside. Insert two of the barrel nuts into the 1/2" holes in the side. Put the smooth end in first so that

the slotted end is showing and align the longest slot the direction the bolt will go. If necessary, rotate

the barrel nuts with a screwdriver so that they line up perfectly. Insert the bolt through the leg and screw

it into the barrel nut using the allen wrench. Tighten until snug then loosen one full turn. Repeat this

procedure for the other three holes in the leg. Now attach the other end leg assembly the same way.

3. Take the loosely assembled table and place it right side up on a hard flat floor. Push gently on the

top so that all four legs are making contact with the floor and the top is level. Now tighten all 8 bolts and

you are finished. Save the wrench in case the legs need retightening in the future.
