When these conditions are fulfilled, data will be plotted in the Result Display. When you select
one recording, one concentration-response value will be plotted.
When you select all recordings belonging to one full dose-response curve, the corresponding
number of data measured within the ROI will be plotted.
The type of value calculated and plotted from the current trace within the ROI boundaries
depends on your choice. You can select and plot using the icon .
The minimum current value within the ROI boundaries, for example
for plotting peak responses in negative direction (as shown).
The maximum current value within the ROI boundaries, for example
for peak responses in positive direction.
The area under the curve; the area is calculated in consideration
of the sign. Therefore a careful selection of ROI boundaries and use of baseline subtraction
is indispensable for significant results.
The average current within the ROI boundaries, for example
for extracting steady-state currents.
The extremum current within the ROI boundaries, for example
for extracting peak currents in positive and negative direction.
