Always install the unit so that the “Inlet

and Outlets” are horizontal (See figure 1).

This unit is not intended for use within the

hazardous area, (Class 1, Div 1, or Zone 1).

Outlet hose must be nylon with a

minimum temperature rating of 250°.

Filter heaters and air line heaters should be in-

stalled as close to the point of use as possible.

Existing or new pipelines, should be purged to

remove any collected debris.

1. Select position for the air line filter heater

system. It is vital to depressurize new or ex-

isting pipe work before installation.

2. Install air line filter heater system onto pipe-

line so that the “Inlet and Outlets” are hori-

zontal (See figure 1).

3. The unit must be installed a minimum of a 3’

radius from booth opening.

4. Mount system utilizing the mounting brackets

identified in figure 2.

5. Connect main air, bearing air, turbine pilot air

and gauge air as identified in figure 2.

6. During initial pressurization of the system, in-

let valves should be opened slowly to reduce

inlet velocities until system pressures are

stabilized. Check for leaks before putting filter

heater system into operation.
