Animation ʻVirtualʼ Audio Trigger Input Setup

(Sd-50/8, and Sd-50/40)

This is NOT the port which triggers animation. This is the port that is used to trigger audio func-

tions from the animation data. Animation is normally triggered via the ʻ

J8

ʼ port, which is set up when

AutoDownloading the shows from PC•MACs, or the

¼ J6

input, which is set up using the ʻMp3

Config.exeʼ programʼs ʻ

Input Setup

ʼ tab.

The Sd-50/8 and Sd-50/40 have eight ‘virtual’ Show Control outputs which can be used to control the .Mp3/.wav

player. In most cases when configuring a Sd-50/8 and Sd-50/40, you will use these ‘virtual’ show control outputs to control
the .Mp3/.wav player. The

" J6

inputs will remain unused.

You can set any of the eight inputs as unused, an independent control, or part of a binary address. To set all the inputs

to any of these modes, just use the ‘All Unused’, ‘All Independent’ or ‘All Binary’ buttons. To set the inputs independently,
‘right’+click on the input you want to configure:
