4.8.1 ATA Flat Cable Connection
The ATA/33 flat cable connects to the PM-LX2-800 to one or two IDE devices. To connect
an IDE HDD to the PM-LX2-800, please follow the instructions below:
Step 3: Locate the IDE connector. The location of the IDE device connector is shown
in Section 3.1.1.
Step 4: Insert the connector. Connect the IDE cable connector to the onboard
connector. See Figure 4-4. A key on the front of the cable connector ensures it
can only be inserted in one direction.
