SYSTEM SETUP INFORMATION
Whensettingupthevirtualequipment,theusermust
set the welding parameters (e.g. wire feed speed for
VRGMAW)withintherangessetinthetoleranceedi-
tor.ThesystemshipswithLincolndefaulttolerances.
Lincolndefaulttolerancescanbereviewedinthetoler-
ance editor, or refer to the Default Weld Process
SettingsChart(ifusingthedefaultsettings)locatedat
theendofthisOPERATIONSECTION.
However,userscansetandusetheirowntolerances
for teaching beginner welders.  The tolerances also
determinehowtheuserisscoredonsuchparameters
asworkangle,travelangle,travelspeed,position,and
contacttiptoworkdistanceorarclength.Thesoftware
willsteptheuserthroughthefollowingsetupscreens:

Selecting the orange language menu icon brings up
thelistoflanguagesthesoftwaresupports.Touchthe
desiredicon.
