J16: P SPAN DEV = –0.03 kPa

Suppose that a standard pressure of 10 kPa is applied and

the value of the parameter J10: ADJ PRES is 9.94 kPa.

Correct for this output error of 0.06 kPa by adding 0.06 to

J15: P ZERO DEV.
