3. Release the left and right latches simultaneously, then pull the Ribbon Holder
Assembly toward you to remove.

4. While releasing the tab on the latch securing the Motor Assembly on the Ribbon
Holder Assembly, turn the Motor Assembly in the arrowed direction. The Motor
Assembly is removed.
