Task No. 4:
The data occupies 10% of the total capacity of the
Display Memory. Let us suppose that we STORE the
data from this task in the Background Memory – let
us say it is stored in location 4. Background Memory
is now 100% full (see Fig.9.5).
The Background Memory has now been filled-up by the data from the
four monitoring tasks described above, even though location nos. 5 –
10 (inclusive) has not been used. The user will not be able to STORE
any more data in Background Memory because there is no space
available for it. Data in Background Memory can, however, be
deleted to make space for the storage of new measurement results
(see
section 9.3.3
).
