The following table shows the solution to common prob-
lems with the operation of the Triple Chassis.

The chassis is
not receiving
adequate
power.

and verify that you are not
exceeding current require-
ments.
Status LED is
flashing quickly
The chassis
has not been
configured.
Configure the Triple Chassis.
See “Configuring via the
Monitoring Port” on page 10.
Status LED is
blinking slowly
The chassis is
not communi-
cating with
the UPS.
Verify that the supplied UPS
cable is properly connected
to the Triple Chassis and to a
communications port on the
UPS.
Attached acces-
sory cannot iden-
tify UPS model or
nominal output
voltage.
The acces-
sory firm-
ware does not
support 3-
phase UPSs.
You may be able to upgrade
the firmware of the acces-
sory. Call APC Customer
Support.
