13. The IHD software installs automatically in a few seconds. A window opens, as shown in Figure 6, during the
installation progress.
14. Select Device when asked to "Choose a location to install Badger Meter Inc In Home Display."
Then tap the Install soft key.
Result: A progress bar in the window that displays shows the installation progress.

15. At the end of the installation, a window opens
confirming that the software is installed. Tap ok
or press the CLEAR button on the Trimble Ranger
keypad to close the installation window.
16. Remove the memory stick from the Trimble Ranger.

After the software is installed, the IHD Programmer
icon automatically displays in the Trimble Ranger
Badger Field Applications folder.
