4. If you are using the IR communication cable, select COM1 from the drop-down menu in the IR COM Port field.
If the field already displays COM1, you do not need to change it.
5. Check the box labeled Use Computer Time if it is not already checked. This step allows the IHD programmer to use
the Trimble Ranger internal clock for programming.
6. Tap the Update button to save the new values.
Result: The Update button is no longer highlighted and the COM ports are set.
NOTE: Tapping the Reset button will display the previous settings.
