Description
 Retrieves the setting for the command mode.
 3-byte data is returned from the printer.

[2]: 00h (Fixed)

00h: ESC/P mode
01h: Raster mode
03h: P-touch Template mode
 The retrieved value is a value specified by a static command.

 When the setting is for raster mode:
