Playback with Background Music
Play back movies (or a photo slideshow) with background music. You can use one of the supplied
music tracks or connect an external audio player to use your favorite songs as background music.
Using One of the Supplied Music Tracks as Background Music
The supplied Camcorder Supplemental Disc contains 3 music tracks you can use as background
music. The music files come pre-installed in the built-in memory.
You can mix the original audio and the background music and adjust the background music mix
balance to your preference.
POINTS TO CHECK
• To play back scenes or a slideshow of photos recorded on the memory card, you will need to
transfer the music tracks to the memory card in advance. See the NOTES section ( 0 120).
1 Open the gallery or date index screen.
[b] [ Gallery] or [1 Date]
2 Open the [Select Music] screen.
[MENU] y [Select Music] [A On]
3 Touch [ Z] or [O] to select the desired music track.
4 Adjust the mix balance between the original sound and the background music.
• Touch [1] (more of the original sound) or [b] (more of the background music) or drag your finger
along the [Music Balance] bar to adjust the background music balance as desired.
5 Touch [a] and then touch a story or scene to start the playback with the selected
background music.
Operating modes:
ASelect the desired music track.
BAdjust the background music balance.
CPlay back the original sound (no background music).
DDelete the music track selected.
EListen to the music track selected. Touch again (
B) to stop the playback.
