This parameter affects the time

parameters. Setting this
parameter to 0 allows the use of the
configured Time Server(s). Setting
this parameter to 1 prevents the use
of the configured Time Server(s).

version 3 (SSL 3.0) is a
commonly-used protocol for
managing the security of a message
transmission on the Internet.
