Internal and External Devices
When both internal and external SCSI devices are connected to the
host adapter, the last external device and the last internal device
cabled to the host adapter is terminated. Since the host adapter is sit-
uated in the middle of the SCSI bus, and does not form a physical
endpoint, host adapter termination is disabled.
Internal Devices Only
When only internal devices are connected to the host adapter, the
last internal device cabled to the host adapter is terminated. Since
the host adapter is situated at the end of the SCSI bus and forms one
of the physical endpoints, host adapter termination is enabled.
