If both addresses are the same, go to step 33.

Example:

SN60023 > gateAddrGet

Gateway Address set to 192.168.1.1

value = 0 = 0x0

If the network gateway address is incorrect, set it to the value
provided by the network administrator using the

gateAddrSet

command.

Step 33.

From the service terminal, enter the

reboot

command.

Step 34.

Wait until the SNC 5100 has finished booting.

Step 35.

From the service terminal, use the

ping

command to PING the IP

address of the ADIC Management Console Server.

.

Step 36.

From the host running the ADIC Management Console Server,
PING the SNC 5100.

If both PING tests succeed, exit this MAP.

If a PING test fails, inform the network administrator to check and
correct the network connection, route tables, and network gateway
addresses for both the ADIC Management Console Server and the
SNC 5100.

Service Port MAP

These steps are performed if the SNC 5100 boots and responds to the ADIC
Management Console, but the Service Port does not respond.
