4. Click Refresh Cache to view the HP 3PAR StoreServ details that are available for the VMware
vCenter Web Client. If the certificate changes, then the Storage Administrator Portal displays
a warning message.
NOTE:
•
HP 3PAR StoreServ is available in VMware vCenter Web Client only after all the details
pertaining to that HP 3PAR StoreServ is displayed in Storage Administrator Portal.

The System model, System Firmware, and Storage Pool with access level details are
displayed only after the cache is completely refreshed.
•
After you add a new StoreServ, you must ensure that the cache refresh state is completed.
•
The time taken to complete Refresh Cache could vary, and is dependent on your
configuration.
CAUTION: If an HP 3PAR StoreServ status is disconnected in VMware vCenter Web Client, then
navigate to Storage Administrator Portal and accept the SSL certificate if any new certificates are
available for the HP 3PAR StoreServ. If a Certificate Change happens at the StoreServ end, then
the StoreServ is disconnected.
