1. Click Add, to add a new scheduled Recovery Set task.
The Welcome tab of the Create Schedule Task Wizard window appears.
2. Click Next. The Scheduler Credential window appears.
Enter the mandatory schedule task name, Windows user name and password.
3. Click Next. The Schedule window appears.

Select the task frequency from Perform Recovery Set creation task to create a Recovery
Set. The following frequencies are listed:
i.
By minutes
ii. Hourly
iii. Daily
iv.
Weekly
v. Monthly
vi. One time only
b. Set start time and time period for the schedule in Start time and Recur every respectively.
NOTE: If the vCenter server and RMV server are in different time zones, then the default
date and time are based on RMV server and vCenter server respectively. You must
synchronize the time differences when creating the schedule.
4. Click Next. The Recovery Set Configuration window appears.

a. Specify if you want to use the application consistency for the scheduled task. Select Create
Recovery Sets with application consistency, to indicate application consistency for the
scheduled task to all VMs, or only to specific VMs.
b. To apply the schedule task to all the VMs, select Apply to all Virtual Machines.
