Select an ESXi host or a Proxy host on which you need to mount the Recovery Set.

Click Yes when you are prompted for confirmation. The Recovery Set is mounted on the selected
host. After the Recovery Set is successfully mounted, the status of the Recovery Set is displayed
as Mounted.

Unmounting Remote Recovery Sets

CAUTION:

Recovery Manager for VMware vSphere does not verify if the volume being unmounted

is in use. So you must ensure that the volume is inactive before you unmount it.

To unmount Remote Recovery Sets:
1.

Navigate to the vSphere Web Client home page.

2.

Click vCenter

→Remote Recovery Configurations.

3.

Select a Remote Recovery Configuration from the left navigation pane.

4.

Click Recovery Sets on Source StoreServ from the left navigation pane. All the Recovery Sets
on the Source StoreServ is displayed.

5.

Double-click a Recovery Set.

6.

Select the Recovery Set you need to unmount from the list of Recovery Sets.

7.

Click Mount/Unmount and then select the host.

The Confirm dialog box appears.

8.

Click OK. A message appears, indicating that the request is being processed. The mounted
copy is then unmounted.
