1. STARTUP AND CHECK JET HEALTH

• Clean media, check for damage.
• Configure media (User Guide, Chapter 2).
• Load media (User Guide, Chapter 2).
CHECK
JET HEALTH
Run AutoJet.
(Menu > Calibrate > Auto Calibrations > AutoJet Calibration)

Repeat Print Prime Bars and check quality again.
 If OK, go to next page.
 If not OK, check calibrations and troubleshooting. Repeat
Print Jet Out Lines and check quality again.

comparable to
yesterday’s best
Prime Bars print?
Yes
3. Print Prime Bars, compare to previous day’s print.
Verify jet replacement with Jet Out Lines.
If all jets working or replaced, go to next page; else run
AutoJet (see below).
