Problem-solving checklist

Follow these steps when trying to solve a problem with the device.

Is the power on?

When the device is connected
to a grounded power source
and is turned on, the control
panel shows Initializing..., and
the main motor rotates for
approximately 10 seconds.

No power due to failed power source, cable,
