1. Right-click anywhere on the volume list of the Pair Operation window.
A pop-up menu will be displayed.
2. Click the Information command in the pop-up menu.
The Information dialog box will be displayed.

The following information will be displayed in the Information dialog box:
• Business Copy pairs
The number of Business Copy pairs will be displayed in the format of XXXX / YYYY. XXXX
indicates the number of Business Copy pairs, and YYYY indicates the total number of Business
Copy pair tables and ShadowImage for Mainframe pair tables.
Note:
• The maximum number of pairs that can be created in one storage system is 16,384, including
migration plans and relationships. Therefore, if XP Snapshot pairs, migration plans of Auto
LUN, and relationships of Compatible FlashCopy Version 1 and Compatible FlashCopy
Version 2 are created in the same storage system, the maximum number of pairs that you can
create may be less than 16,384 minus YYYY.
• When the volume size is large, Business Copy uses multiple pair tables per one pair.
Therefore, sometimes you cannot create 16,384 pairs. For information about the number of
pairs and the pair tables, see “ Calculating Maximum Number of Pairs ” on page 42.
• XP Snapshot pairs
The number of XP Snapshot pairs will be displayed.
• Reserved volumes
The number of reserved volumes of Business Copy will be displayed in the format of XXXX /
YYYY. XXXX indicates the number of reserved volumes of Business Copy; YYYY indicates the total
number of reserved volumes of Business Copy and ShadowImage for Mainframe.
Note: Reserved volumes include S-VOLs of Business Copy and T-VOLs of ShadowImage for
Mainframe pairs.
• Used volume (TB)
License information for Business Copy will be indicated in the format of X(Y). X indicates license
capacity used by Business Copy, and Y indicates total license capacity reserved for Business
Copy. Unlimited will be displayed when there is no limited license capacity for Business Copy.
• Close button
Closes the Information dialog box.
Viewing Pair Operation History
The History window ( Figure 26 on page 57) displays history of Business Copy operations.
