provide the following information:
n HP product number
n Product serial number
n Date of purchase
n Your name and shipping address
n Operating environment details (such as, operating system,
manageability tool)
n Description of problem (such as, application error message from system
or diagnostics)
n Third party hardware or software
n Operating system type and revision
n Troubleshooting performed

If you have upgraded your warranty with a HP SupportPack, please follow
the instructions for obtaining support outlined in your HP SupportPack
