Configuring the director

To export a configuration report:

1.

Select Configure > Export Configuration Report.

The Export Configuration Report dialog box is displayed, as shown in

Figure 66

.

2.

Select the folder where you want to save the file.

3.

Type in a file name and extension in the File name field.

4.

Click Save.

The file saves to the specified folder as an ASCII text file.

Enabling and disabling HAFM Basic

To enable HAFM Basic:

1.

At the Hardware view page, select Configure > Enable Web Server.

Choosing Enable Web Server automatically places a check mark in the check box.

2.

Click Enable Web Server again to remove the check mark and disable the HAFM Basic

interface.

When disabled, remote users cannot access the interface.

Enabling and disabling Telnet

To enable Telnet:

1.

At the Hardware view, select Configure > Enable Telnet.

Choosing Enable Telnet automatically places a check mark in the check box.

2.

Click Enable Telnet again to remove the check mark and disable Telnet access.

When disabled, remote users cannot access the director through Telnet.
