4.2 System

PROTOCOL:

Display the protocol of the dome

COMM:

Communication parameters: Baud rate, Parity ,bit, Data bits, Stop bits.

DOME ID:

Display the dome address. The range is 000-255.

MODULE:

Display the brand and model of camera.

VERSION:

Firmware version of dome.

<COMM SET>

Set comms parameters in this menu instead of using DIP switches

<PASSWORD SET>

Set passord to protect menu

4.2.1 Comm

Set

DEVICE ID:

It is only in the menu and used to distinguish different domes with the same
Addresses.

CHECK ID:

Enter the displayed DEVICE ID. This then allows you to set Address and
Baud Rate of this particular dome via the menu instead of using the DIP
switches.

TARGET ID:

Address can be changed and edited on line. It will be effective
immediately.

4.2.2 Password

Set

• SET

PASSWORD1: 8888

• SET

PASSWORD2: 8888

PASSWORD ENABLE: ON or OFF

4.3 Dome

4.3.1 Preset

PRESET NUM:

Select the preset number needing to be operated, whose range is
001-220.

CALL PRESET:

Call the preset number edited.

<SET PRESET>

Enter SET PRESET, move to required location and use call preset 1 to
save or call preset 2 to exit.

Note
Because some presets are used to realise special functions, they can not be set and called normally.

4.3.2 Scan

SCAN SPEED:

Scan speed range is 1 – 9

SET A POS:

Set left boundary. The range between left and right boundary is 20 - 340°

SET B POS:

Set right boundary. The range between left and right boundary is 20 - 340°
