When an iPod is connected to the iPod terminal of this unit using
PNC-iP120 (optional), the iPod can be controlled from this unit.

Preparations

• Video compatible iPod only

Set the "TV OUT" of the iPod to "ON".

Set the "TV Signal" of the iPod to "PAL".
• Using the PNC-iP120 (optional), connect the iPod

to the iPod terminal on the rear panel of this unit.

Be sure to turn this unit OFF (standby) before proceeding

to the connection.

• Turn this unit ON.

Press [iPod] to set the input source to iPod.

Press [TOP MENU] to enter the menu mode.

If the iPod in use is not video compatible, go to step 5 now.

Video compatible iPod only

Use [MULTI CONTROL

/5] to select menu

category ("VIDEO" or "MUSIC").

Press [ENTER].

Use [MULTI CONTROL

/5] to select an item.

Press [ENTER].

Repeat the step 5 and 6 until you reach the track

(file) you want to play.

If a menu in level 3 or below has a large number of items,
pressing the [+10] key makes it possible to skip 10 items at
a time.

After selecting the track, press [ENTER] or [

6] key to start

its playback.

To select a menu in a different category
(Video compatible iPod only)

Press [MUSIC] or [VIDEO] on the remote control unit.

To return to the higher level in the hierarchy

Press [RETURN] on the remote control unit.

• Pressing the [

6] key after selecting a playlist, an album, an artist

or a genre, etc. will play all the tracks in the selected item.

• For the iPod models usable with this unit, see <iPod models

usable with this unit>

• "No Data" is displayed if there is no data in the selected menu

item.

• While the iPod is connected to this unit, the iPod can be

controlled from this unit or the remote control unit provided with
it. When the iPod is connected to this unit, it cannot be used to
control its operations.

• The items in the menu and its order may vary depending on the

iPod models.
