If you selected the View option from the above listing, press the Options
soft key after the contact information displays, for these additional options:
• Edit: allows you to edit the name and number fields in the entry. You can also
add an e-mail address and notes.
• Send message: allows you to send a message to the selected number. You
may choose between message, Share picture, or Voice note.
• Call: places the call to the selected phone number.
• Copy to phone/SIM: copies the selected or all of the contacts to the phone or
SIM card. Depends on where the contact was previously saved.
• Assign speed dial: allows you to assign a speed dial key number to the
selected Phonebook entry.
• Send name card via: allows you to send your name card via message or
Bluetooth.
• Delete: allows you to delete the selected name and number from your
Phonebook. You are then asked to confirm the name and number deletion by
pressing the Yes soft key. Press the No soft key to cancel the deletion.
• Add to Block list: allows you to add the selected number to the Block list.
Editing Contact Information
1.
In Idle mode, press the Ph.book soft key to enter the Phonebook menu.

Scroll to the Contact list option and press the Select soft key or the
key.
3.
Highlight the contact you want to edit using the Up and Down Navigation
key.
4.
Press the Options soft key, select the Edit option then press the Select
soft key or the
key.
5.
Edit the information you want to change then pres the Save soft key when
finished.
6.
Press the
key to return to the Idle screen.
Copying a Number from the SIM card to the phone
1.
In Idle mode, press the Ph.book soft key to enter the Phonebook menu.
2.
Scroll to the Contact list option and press the Select soft key or the
key.
3.
Highlight the contact you want to copy to the phone and press the Options
soft key.
4.
Scroll to the Copy to phone option and press the Select soft key or the
key.
